CHAMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS:

SAVE THE DATE: Reedsburg Area Medical Center will host a Business After Five on Tuesday, March 5, from 5 – 7 PM at the Reedsburg Area Medical Specialty Center’s lobby,1104-21st Street.  The Specialty Center is attached to, and next to the hospital.  Introducing Dr. Dean Fochios, Orthopedic Surgeon; Dr. Kevin Hibbett, General Surgeon; and Dr. Todd Schad, Gynecologist as featured guests!

MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Join the Wisconsin Singers in celebrating 45 years of jaw-dropping entertainment with their newest show, Can't Stop Us Now!, which includes popular music's greatest hits from the Beatles to Katy Perry and even, Oscar the Grouch. Featuring Neon Fusion and the Webb Avenue Singers of the Reedsburg Area High School, your entire family will enjoy the striking vocals, stellar choreography, and impressive instrumentals performed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison's most talented musicians, including local talent Samer Kharbush. CALCenteron Friday, March 1 at 7 PM.  Tickets are available for $15 at theDeli Bean, or at the door.

The American Pickers will feature the Reedsburg Area Historical Society Pioneer Log Village on Monday, March 4 at 8 PM on the History Channel.

Do you or someone you love have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood glucose or other health risks?  If so, come and learn the reality of these risks and learn what you can do NOW to change them.  “Risk Reality” will be presented by Stacey Kulas, RN from RAMC Cardiac Rehab.  This presentation will surely open your eyes!  One more opportunity for this workshop will be held in Reedsburg Area Medical Center Education room A & B on Tuesday, February 26 at 12:00 PM. 

The Reedsburg Revitalization Organization (RRO) is currently planning Family Fun Day on March 30 and Community Clean-up on May 4.  For more information, attend a meeting, subscribe to the email list, or request an agenda and minutes.  RRO meets twice monthly on the first and third Thursday of each month at the Chamber of Commerce at 7:30 AM.  ANYONE interested in working together for the revitalization of Reedsburg is welcome to attend.  Agendas are available by emailing rro@touchdowntavern.com

If you would like to learn more about local food production and distribution, plan to attend the Food Fair and Farmers Market at the Sacred Heart Gym, 6th andWillow Streeton Saturday, March 9, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM.  Hundreds of locally produced items for sale, information sessions, and “ask an expert” tables.

Sauk County Snowmobile Trails are currently closed.  For Sauk County snowmobile trail information call the Sauk County Snowmobile Trail Hotline number at: 608-985-4766 (4SNO).  The 400 State Trail is currently open to snowmobiles.  Because portions of the State Trail extend into Juneau County which require detours onto Juneau County Trails, whether or not the 400 Trail is open is determined by Juneau County; call the Juneau County Trail Line at 608-847-9389.
