    Saturday, June 6, 2026, 10 AM: Author Talk – Eric V. Swearingen at the LaValle Public Library, 101 W. Main Street. "The Children of Starlight" 

    During this author talk, Eric will read from The Children of Starlight and speak about his writing process, worldbuilding, and the inspiration behind the story.
     

    Centuries ago, a war between powerful sorcerers brought humanity to the edge of extinction. To save the world, the last of these magic-wielders made a choice that changed history forever. Their powers vanished, cities were rebuilt, and the magic of the old world faded into legend.

    Books will be available for purchase & signing.
