Please join us on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Justagame Reedsburg, 1501 Viking Drive, for a Business and Community Expo that will run from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Here are the details:
The fee is $35.00 for Chamber members to participate.
A $50.00 fee will be charged for non-Chamber members.
We accept Cash or Check and you can also be invoiced so you can pay after the event.
Set-up can begin at 8:00 am.
A banquet table and two chairs will be provided for each vendor. You may want to bring a tablecloth. Some tables will have access to electricity, but not all. Please indicate if you need power. It is suggested that displays be kept fairly simple.
A table tent sign will be provided with your business name or organization listed on it.
Food will be available for purchase onsite at the Justagame concession counter.
Free parking will be available in front of the building.
Businesses can use this as an advertising event, a job fair or just as a means of visibility in the community. New businesses are strongly encouraged to participate.
Service groups or organizations may want to come prepared with information about everything they do within the community.
Small food or drink samples will be allowed for businesses who sell those products.
Participants may also give away small branded items (pens, post-it notes, key chains, etc) We strongly encourage participants to have business cards, brochures, rack cards or other informational items available to pass out.
It is recommended but not required that participants offer some kind of drawing for something small. You will need to bring your own entry forms, pens and collection box to have on your table. A drawing for your item will be conducted by you at your leisure.
Businesses or organizations that would like to participate in this event need to register with Kristine by Monday, March 16th. It is preferred that you email her directly at ed@rucls.net. You may also call her for more information or details at 608 / 524-2850.
This event is open to the public and open to all businesses and organizations in Sauk County, so please help us spread the word. The more the merrier!
