    Join Jason Noble, RAMC’s Health and Fitness Coordinator - at the LaValle Public Library for a session of Fun and Flexibility.
    Jason will lead you through gentle stretches and bends that will help keep the body limber and strong!
    This one hour session is Free and Open for All Ages.
    If the weather is fine, we will hold it outside - if the weather is foul, it will be indoors!
