Dementia Friendly Training at the Reedsburg Library-Community Room. Sponsored by the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country and the Dementia Friendly Community Committee of Reedsburg, this training will discuss what dementia is, signs and symptoms, communication tips and strategies, and what the community is doing to become dementia friendly.
Once a business or organization has at least 50% of their staff or members trained, they will be acknowledged "Dementia Friendly".
This 30-45 minute event is free and open to all businesses, organizations, and community members.
