    Mind Body Harmony is offering     3-Pillars Strong Class. In this class you will learn how focusing your efforts on good vision, balance and mobility drills can improve your stability, strength, vision, flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury and pain. Appropriate for all ages, this is as fun as it is impactful! Pre-registration is required.
