    Event Description:

    Fermentation Fest-A Live Culture Convergence!

    Fermentation Fest is a free, multi-faceted food and farming event that celebrates live culture in all its forms. The biennial Farm / Art DTour will return with trailheads in Plain and Sauk City. This self-guided drive through working farmland will be punctuated by site-responsive artwork, roadside poetry, culture & food stands, pasture performances and educational field notes. A select handful of fermentation demonstrations, interactive workshops and tastings may be held at the Witwen Park and Campground.
