Membership Benefit Summary
Membership in the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce is one of the best ways for businesses, organizations and individuals to support their local community, but members also receive some important benefits, as well. Here are some of the most common:
RACC consistently markets and promotes our member businesses and organizations and their products or services through both local and visitor information and advertising. These direct referrals provide opportunities to increase business or increase support of those organizations.
RACC helps members network both professionally and socially through a variety of RACC sponsored events or activities:

Chamber Summer Golf League
Annual Golf Outing
Serving on the Board of Directors or on a RACC committee. This is a chance to use
your leadership or teamwork skills. You could join our RACC team, too!
RACC’s Ambassador Program allows you to fully support the Chamber while also supporting the business or organization for which you work or volunteer.
RACC offers and publicizes Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies, which is all free advertising for you!
RACC keeps you informed of Chamber and community events through:
Weekly “Chamber Chit Chat” columns in local newspapers
Monthly member-only newsletter

RACC office is staffed 7 days per week from Memorial Day through October 31st.
RACC office is staffed 5 days per week the remainder of the year. We are here for you!
RACC routinely provides business, organization and tourism information. The RACC has a large brochure rack for “member-only” information, and a business card rack, too. Thousands of people come into the RACC every year looking for local information, and each person receives courteous, friendly, professional and individual attention. It is estimated that over 35,000 people ride the 400 State Trail each year – yours could be the next place they visit if you offered them an incentive through the RACC.
RACC board members and staff are connected to the community in so many ways. Being a part of the RACC is not just “what we do”. It is who we are! We are enthusiastic about the RACC, and about YOU!
RACC sponsors a Professional Development series called “Lunch and Learn”. This is a great opportunity to participate in some professional, convenient, affordable and practical training.
RACC gives awards for Business of the Year, Employer of the Year and other categories at our annual dinner. Our members have high standards, and we want to recognize that!
RACC membership qualifies you for a Dean Care group health insurance plan at affordable rates.
RACC lists members-only on the website.
RACC sells over $38,000.00 in gift certificates each year, which can only be used at participating locations. All of this money stays in our local community and only benefits members of the RACC.
RACC spends an average of $35,000.00 annually just advertising Reedsburg and the surrounding communities. This is money you don’t have to spend to bring people here, which allows you to focus your advertising on things that make your business or organization special.
RACC gives out “Welcome” and relocation packages to newcomers – members can advertise for free in those packages.
RACC membership gives you up-to-the-minute notice of big events that you may want to attend or advertise through.
