Gift Certificate Policy

Purchasing Gift Certificates
Purchase at the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce office with cash or check.
Large orders and orders to be invoiced should be phoned or faxed 24 hours in advance. Specify the quantity of each denomination: $5, $10, $20. No gift certificates will be issued to those with outstanding invoices.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Checks for gift certificates will be issued on Tuesday for exchange orders received by close of business the previous Friday.
Mail or deliver the gift certificates to the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce with the completed Gift Certificate Exchange Form. In the alternative, an invoice to the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce is acceptable providing that it contains all of the information contained on the exchange form. The completed form can be faxed in advance if the gift certificates will be delivered in person when picking up the check at the Chamber offices.
Gift certificates are the equivalent of cash and should be treated and safeguarded as such. There can be no reissue or cash conversion for lost or missing gift certificates.
This policy is adopted to make the process of purchasing and redeeming gift certificates consistent and convenient. Please call the Chamber offices at 608/524-2850 with any questions.
