The brain's number one job is to keep you alive! Learn how to keep your brain healthy so it can do its job by taking a 3-Pillars Strong class at Mind Body Harmony. This class will improve your vision balance and mobility and benefit your mental health. You will learn ways to improve your strength and flexibility and have a deeper appreciation for your brain.
