    Monday, March 12, 2018, 5:30-8:30 PM: Acupressure for Self-Care of Common Ailments at Madison College, Reedsburg Campus, 300 Alexander Ave. Reedsburg. This class will introduce students to meridian system of Chinese medicine. We will learn about simple protocols that are quick, effective and free to alleviate a number of common ailments. We will cover self-care as well as techniques to assist friends and family. Simple aromatherapy adjunct therapies will be addressed as well, with instructor, Laurel Redmon, Sauk County herbalist and acupuncturist.
