    Monday, November 4, 2019, 5:30-8:30 PM: Acupuncture for Self-Care of Common Ailments. This class will introduce students to the meridian systm of Chinese medicine. We will learn about simple protocols that are quick, effective and free to alleviate a number of common ailments. We will cover self-care as well as techniques to assist friends and family. Simple aromatherapy adjunct therapies will be addressed with instructor Laurel Redmon, Sauk County herbalist and acupuncturist. Course fee is $34.50.
