    Event Description:
    Carolyn Dallmann will return to the Reedsburg Public Library to present the program: Powder Plant: Where did the Farmers Go When Suddenly Their Land Was Gone? Dallmann explores the experiences of farmers who received an ultimatum in December of 1941, demanding that they vacate their land by March 1, 1942 for the construction of the Badger Plant. The psychological effect of this ultimatum would remain with families for years.
