Madison College-Reedsburg is accepting registrations for Body and Weight-Cardio and Strength. This class focuses on the use of body weight and weights to help increase body strength and flexibility, while including cardio to get a full body workout. The class starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by four circuits that each focus on portions of the body (example: arms) before moving on to the next circuit. After the rewarding workout is complete, a static stretching routine will follow. This is a diverse class created to offer a satisfying workout. (Some moves can be considered medium to hard. Modifications can be made).
