COMET™(Changing Our Mental & Emotional Trajectory) is a simple, practical training that helps everyday people support one another through emotional challenges—especially in rural communities where connection runs deep.
What You’ll Learn:

- How to listen with presence —without needing to “fix” anything
- How to exit the conversation with care, offering resources or next steps
