    Learn how to dehydrate your own garden produce. Come learn what herbs dry well and secrets to keeping your herbs green. This class includes becoming skilled at how to make your own corn meal, dips, and soups. Use your tomatoes, peppers and salad greens all year and more. Dehydrating fruits will be discussed as well. There will be plenty of sampling! Phyllis Both is the instructor for this class. Call (608) 524-7800 to register or stop by MATC.
