    Event Description:
    This food and farming festival focuses on fermentation in all of its forms. From bread baking, beer making and chocolate tasting, Fermentation Fest is loaded with food events, hands-on demonstrations, cooking classes, seminars, and one-of-kind nationally acclaimed self-guided farm art driving tour.
    Location:
    Most classes will be held within the downtown area. Self-guided 50 mile driving tour will be throughout rural roads of Sauk County
