Thursday, March 23, 2017, 6-8 PM: Flatbread & Focaccia Class at Parkview Bed & Breakfast, 211 N. Park Street, Reedsburg. Shawn Rediske of water House Foods, most popular teacher at Fermentation Fest, will teach his "Flatbread & Focaccia" Class in the kitchen at Parkview Bed & Breakfast. This is the third installment of baking classes currently scheduled at Parkview this winter, with more offerings scheduled for the Spring. In the Flatbread & Focaccia Class, participants will Make whole grain pita, naan and focaccia using Wisconsin grown and milled grain, learn to tailor your flatbread flavors, shapes and sizes to your taste; prepare and add Wisconsin toppings, take home-breads you make in class, recipes and tips for great baking at home. Pita, naan & focaccia are amazing breads steeped in history. Learn about these special breads in this hands-on baking class.
