FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, - SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 12

Taste of Reedsburg.   Specials and tastings at participating restaurants.  Download the complete flyer at www.reedsburg.org under the forms link, or pick one up at the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Viking Village Foods, Reedsburg IGA, or any participating restaurant.

11 AM – 2 PM        Frosty Fest Bowling           Brewsters Lanes, 121 Viking Drive
Family Bowling from 11am to 2pm each day.  Choose from 2 different price saving packages being offered.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10

6 AM – 8 PM          Exercise Drop-In

3 PM – 6 PM          Wine Tasting and Carr Valley Cheese Sampling

Watch the 1^st Round of Reedsburg’s own Family Feud, hosted by SSG Jason

5:30 -6:30 PM          Speed & Agility Class                           Snap Fitness, 1587 E Main Street

Speed and Agility class for young athletes 8 years and up.  Ideal for basketball and football Athletes. 

7 PM – 10 PM          Candlelight Ski and Bonfire                 Hartje Learning Center, S2080 County Highway V

Cross country skiing along a candle lined trail, bonfire, hot cocoa.  Skis, poles and boots available onsite.  FREE

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11

9 AM -2 PM             Cookie Decorating                               Viking Village Foods, 150 Viking Drive

Decorate snowman cookies to take home and share.  In the deli dining area.  FREE

Carr Valley Cheese sampling and SampleFest throughout the store. 

9:30 AM                   2K Fun Run                                          Anytime Fitness, 101 W Main Street

Pre-registration $12/$15 day of event.  Registrations include t-shirt, healthy snacks and beverages.  Registrations available at Anytime Fitness, the Chamber of Commerce and Swim Reedsburg.  Sign in by 9:30 AM, race starts at 10 AM.  Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching will be administered by Fitness Management Group personal training staff after the event.

Gary Williams of Summer Outdoor Adventure Club will be available with snowshoes.  Snowshoe through the park or woods.  Experience the fun of snowshoeing.  FREE

10 AM – 2 PM         Snowman Building and Bird Feeding Activity        Pam’s Greenhouses, 200 Viking Drive

Build a snowman and make a take-away birdfeeder.   FREE

10 AM -2 PM           Brat & Pork Sandwich Cookout          Viking Village Foods, 150 Viking Drive

10 AM – 8 PM         Inflatable Fun Carnival                        Reedsburg Armory, 549 S. Dewey

1^st Annual Charity Carnival.  Hosted by Space Walk of Reedsburg.  Food and Fun for all Ages.  Lots of Inflatable fun:  Bounce House, Obstacle Course, Climbing Wall.  Food.  Music by RoQuest DJ Services.  $10 to play all day, come and go. Proceeds to benefit Reedsburg’s Fireworks Fund.

10 AM – 3 PM         Winter Golf                                           Reedsburg Country Club, 3003 E Main Street

Large scale miniature golf in the depths of winter.  Golf holes especially created for Frosty Fest.  Show up and play, golf equipment will be provided.  FREE.

10:30-11:30 AM       Second Saturdays Frosty Craft            Reedsburg Public Library, 370 Vine Street

Children of all ages and their parents/caregivers will make a Frosty snow measuring stick.  Adults are asked to stay and help with the project.  FREE.  The R.E.A.D. Dog will also be at the library, ready to hear a story.

12 – 2 PM                 Paper Craft                                           Voyageur Inn and Conference Center, 200 Viking Drive

Hosted by the Reedsburg Area Historical Society.  Recycle 2011 calendars into notecards.  Bring your own calendar, or use those on site.   Supplies provided.  FREE.  

4 PM                         Butter Town Showdown                       Voyageur Inn and Conference Center, 200 Viking Drive

2^nd and final rounds of Reedsburg style Family Feud, hosted by SSG Jason McDonough, Wisconsin National Guard.  FREE to attend.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 12

7 am – NOON          VFW Breakfast                                    VFW Hall, 200 Veteran's Drive

An outstanding Breakfast Buffet provided every 2nd Sunday of the month.  Adults - $7.00 Children 4-13 - $3.00 Children under 4 - free.

Featuring Buddy Daugs and Just Plain Country.
