    Get ready to grab your family and friends for the Fest to beat those winter blues! Frosty Fest is a city wide festival happening Feb 17th-19th. Join us for cool outdoor activities, exciting indoor fun, and shopping specials galore!     MOVIE BASKET RAFFLE, basket to features two DVD's, hot chocolate and apple cider mix and a soft, fuzzy blanket to keep you warm! Also come in and BUILD A SNOWMAN out of marshmallows! Enjoy hot chocolate and a cookie (while supplies last)
