    Event Description:
    Join Sauk County herbalist, acupuncturist and forager Laurel Redmon to discover easy and safe ways to care for yourself and loved ones with plants growing in your own yard, among other places. We will demystify herbal medicine beyond the common cold in this beginner's overview of herbs for various body systems. In this class, we will explore safe and effective home based herbal remedies for various and common ailments by body systems. We will focus on plants that are readily available and/or common plants in our area. (Please bring $5 for herb samples.)
