Communicating with Customers and Colleagues is designed to teach participants how to listen effectively to customers an their colleagues.  To comprehend the communication dynamics behind understanding, “How you say it”, is just as important as “What you say.”  During this session participants will learn how to make an immediate positive first impression, avoid words that trigger negative attitudes and the importance of controlling personal perceptions of customers.
