    Parkview Bed & Breakfast, 211 N Park St, Reedsburg is hosting Pretzels and Beer. Shawn Rediskie of Water House Foods is back in the kitchen at Parkview to teach you how to make Bavarian-style pretzels and pair them with a flight of 3 local beer samples! In this hands-on class, Shawn helps you learn to make your own pretzels, the secrets of baking them and how to recognize the complimentary flavors that make beer and pretzels so special! Take home the pretzels you make in class, recipes, tips, and tricks and memories of a fun class!
