    This class "Rustic Breads" is the second of three breadmaking classes Shawn Rediske of WaterHouse Foods is conducting at Parkview Bed & Breakfast. Do you want to start making bread and want to know where to start? What do different ingredients do? What's this about yeast poop? In this class you'll learn how to make traditional European-Style breads, how to tailor your loaf flavor, shape, and size to your taste, AND you'll take home breads that you make in class and the recipes!
