    Event Description:
    Reedsburg Area Medical Center's Health and Fitness Department is sponsoring a Shamrock Shuffle Food Tour. Cost is only $10. The Tour will be a fun, relaxing atmosphere with a creative twist to lighten some traditional Irish dishes. The delicious menu items add vitamins and nutrients, subtract sodium and fat yet never compromises flavor. Watch as these meals are prepared right before your very eyes by RAMC's very own Chef Bryan and taste your way through the tour. Menu includes: healthy Shamrock Smoothie; Boxty with Salmon; Irish Salad featuring hard boiled eggs, bacon, Dubliner and roasted beet vinaigrette; Guinness Braised Brisket; Colcannon and No Bake Thin Mint Brownies! Space is limited. Reserve your spot by March 21.
