    Shawn teaches and helps you learn how to make naturally-leavened, traditional, European-style sourdough loaves, how to tailor your loaf flavor, shape, and size to your taste, and does all this in his terrific teaching style! Take home a loaf you make in class, recipes, tips, dough or a batch of starter to keep you baking at home!
