    The Basics of Apple Cider Making for Home Use, Madison Area Technical College, 300 Alexander Avenue, Reedsburg. Learn about apple selection and the basic equipment needed to make delicious apple cider. You may bring a bag of apples and a small container for the cider. An old fashioned double tub cider press will be available for use. Linda Parrish is the instructor. Register by calling 608-524-7800 or stopping by the college. Cost is $17.50.
