    Tofu: The Best Food people Love to Hate (Cooking With Tofu). 
    This class explores uses for a nutritious, economical and versatile food. No need to roll your eyes-you will learn just how tasty and useful tofu can be. recipes and sampling will show you ways to be creative with tofu and will result in foods your whole family will eat and enjoy. This class is scheduled at Webb Middle School, 707 N. Webb Ave. Reedsburg and taught by Linda Parrish. The cost is $22.50. You must register for the class by October 23. Either stop at the Madison College-Reedsburg Campus, 300 Alexander Ave or call 608-524-7800.
