    Tuesday, March 20, 2018, 6-8 PM: Madison Area Technical College-Reedsburg is offering
    Tofu: The Best Food People Love to Hate (Cooking with Tofu). This class will explore uses for a nutritious, economical and versatile food. No need to roll your eyes--you will learn just how tasty and useful tofu can be. Recipes and sample will show you ways to be creative with tofu and will result in foods your whole family will eat and enjoy. The instructor is Linda Parrish. This class will be held at Webb Middle School, 707 N Webb Ave, Reedsburg.
