Walking History Tour at Greenwood Cemetery!
Tickets are now available for "VOICES FROM THE PAST IN THE GREENWOOD CEMETERY" Reedsburg's Walking History Tour. The actors, most from the Reedsburg area, have their scripts and will be dressed in period costumes. Tours hosted by the Reedsburg Historic Preservation Commission will start at the Nishan Chapel at 1:00, 1:30, and 2 PM. Tour participants will be guided through the cemetery to eleven stops: John D. Devor bench, Herbert H. Webb/Carrie B. Clizbe, Dr. Frank D. Hulburt, Henry W. Sorge, John G. Heaton, Abner L. Harris, John H. Hosler, Dr. Charles A. Rood, Alexander P. Ellinwood and Rollin M. Strong monuments.
The charge will be $13 each, at the entrance to the Chapel. Children under age 10 free. Advance tickets may be purchased at the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce office for $10 each. The Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce is open seven days a week 9-4.
